ABOUT US
Flokken Fyring produces firewood harvested directly from Norwegian forests. We then cut and dry it ourselves until it has a maximum of 17% moisture content. However, due to the overly wet Summer we’ve had, some of our bags can be closer to (but still under) 20% moisture content–which is still a pretty good value and withing Norway's .
By buying wood from local producers, cutting and drying it ourselves without any nosy middlemen, we can assure you our prices are among the best in the market.
In addition, we offer free delivery, so all your hard-earned money goes to firewood and not transportation. To that end, all we ask is that you order a sufficient amount to cover the transportation costs. Depending on where you live, that can be as low as 10 bags of wood. To put into perspective, the average household consumes 4000l of firewood during winter, that’s about 66 bags. This means we can deliver wood directly to your doorstep six times per season, absolutely free.
